Cancellations
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and/or shipped, we cannot cancel it. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the item to arrive before returning it to us.
Faulty, Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14days. If your item arrived faulty/defective/damaged/wrong item, please send us a very clear picture or video of the damage through email to service@lifellx.com and the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. And give us six business days to file a claim with the carrier or check with the warehouse. Once it's approved, we will send you a brand new replacement without any fees.
If your items arrived is defective and you want to request a refund or a replacement, simply send an Email to service@lifellx.com with the following information within 14 days of delivery with picture or video of the damage:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
Unless proof of the damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action exchange or refund. Items that are damaged due to use or normal wear and tear may be denied a refund.
If your order arrived with some items missing, please kindly refer to your order status page to check which items should be included in the package. Usually, we ship your orders separately if you order multiple items due to international shipment dimension limitations. If some items are missing, please take a photo of all the items you received and contact our customer service at service@lifellx.com.
Exchange/Return
Lifellx accepts exchanges/returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of placing the order. We would like our customers to be delighted with our appears, and if you're not satisfied, for any reason, you could exchanges/return the item within 30 days from placing the order.Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within seven days after approval. To return a product for a non-quality issue requires you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the product's retail price. Once you have returned the product and after we have fully inspected it, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.
1.Conditions for returning an item(s)?
Merchandise must be in its original condition to be eligible for a return, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed.All tags must be intact on all returned merchandise. And Keep the original package.
All parts related to the products sent out are available.
"Specials"/gift card/Clearance/Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized products is not eligible for return or exchange. (Customized products can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item. And you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.)
2.Return Processing
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along order number and product name. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.STEP 1: To return the item(s) you unwanted, please send us an email at service@lifellx.com with the order number and product name.
STEP 2: Return your item(s) that meet the returned requirements and ship returns to:

Refunds
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive the email notification once your return is processed. Please note that the payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@lifellx.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at service@lifellx.com for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
